Our new degustation...

In celebration of our new menu facelift, chefs James Metcalfe and Tristian Robertson have formulated a degustation menu to showcase thier new creations. This seven course delight for $85pp. Each course has been perfectly matched with a wine hand selected by our inhouse wine guide Katherine Sherman. You can have the complete gourmand experience for $125pp.

Etch Bar 

 Step right up, sit right down and grab a drink...the Etch bar has opened! Once you're perched on our comfortable couches you will not want to get up...and you don't have to! We have a range of bar snacks and cocktails that will ensure you will stay well fed and happy. The bar is open from 12pm until late, Monday through Friday. 5pm until late on Saturdays. Come and have a drink with us!

NZ First XV

Through the month of September Etch dining is celebrating "the best of both worlds". Join us for lunch as we showcase some of NZ's finest produce and wine. Cloudy Bay clams are on the menu with a lovely glass of Mahi Chardy from Malborough to wash it down. This will be on offer all month for $35 per person. 

October 4th

Chefs have highjacked the rugby!  Representing the All Blacks is Kiwi Justin North. Standing in for the green and gold is Aria's Matt Moran. Each chef will create four seafood inspired dishes each matched with a wine from his country. This eight course degustation with wine is $120 per person. This is going to be a cracking event as these two powerhouse chefs battle it out at Etch.
